The product

Built for how a Medicare agency actually runs

The book and Scope of Appointment stay together. Recordings, posted commission lines, and the AI secretary are what an owner can act on — then quote, team chat, and the rest of the desk. Request a demo and we walk the agency with you.

The person

Book of Business and Scope of Appointment

Clients, leads, SOA, and permission to contact on one record — who signed, when, and what happened last.

The person

Business Phone and Recordings

A dedicated business line. After the short disclosure, the recording and the thread attach to that person.

The agency

Commission Tracking

Upload a carrier statement. Lines match to a client and an agent so you can see what posted and what did not.

Both

AI Secretary

It answers when you cannot, keeps the thread, and can start a first text when permission to contact is already on the file.

The person

Book of Business and Scope of Appointment

Every client and lead lives on one record with Scope of Appointment and permission to contact. Contact, plan type, and the signed SOA stay together when someone enrolls.

  • Open a person and work File, Phone, Compliance, and Money without leaving the record.
  • Scope of Appointment and permission to contact sit on Compliance — who signed, when, and for which products.
  • CMS requires a signed SOA before plan discussion. Same-day appointments are allowed (CY2027). Export a PDF when you need it off the platform.

The person

Business Phone and Recordings

Each agent can have a dedicated Evrcad number. Calls, texts, and recordings attach to the person after the short spoken disclosure — the recording is the reviewable record, not a note typed later.

  • Inbound and outbound run from the business line — not a personal cell pasted into notes.
  • Play the recording next to the SOA and the plan. The thread and the call history stay on the same file.
  • Ring the computer, a verified cell, the Evrcad app, or more than one. First answer wins.

The agency

Commission Tracking

Upload a carrier statement and map the columns. Each line matches to a person and an agent on the book, then sits next to expected amounts from your rate tables.

  • Map the columns once. Re-uploads reconcile against lines already on the book.
  • Not-received and chargeback review stay in one queue — not a side spreadsheet.
  • Owners can see splits, overrides, and agent statements on the same agency page.

AI Secretary

The AI secretary holds the inbound line so you can leave the desk. It answers on the Evrcad number — every call, or only after you miss — takes a message, and can keep talking by text. First outreach and follow-ups only go out when permission to contact is on that person.

  • It takes a message — name, callback, and a short note — or transfers to a number you set. The transcript sits with the call history.
  • It can start a first text and keep the SMS thread when permission to contact is already on the file. That is the outreach — not a spray list.
  • Follow-ups stay on that person: callback, first text, later note. You walk into the appointment already briefed.
  • It does not quote plans or give advice. A licensed agent follows up and enrolls.
AI Secretary

AI Secretary

It holds the line so you can leave the desk.

The secretary is built for the outreach you already run — callbacks, first texts, follow-ups — with permission to contact on the file. You stay the licensed voice.

  • Answers when you cannot

Every inbound on the Evrcad number, or only after you miss. It takes a message or transfers. The transcript lands on the person.

  • Consent-checked outreach

A first text and the follow-up thread only go out when permission to contact is already on that file. Not a spray campaign.

  • You take the hour

It does not quote or advise. A licensed agent calls back, sits at the table, and enrolls. The file already has the note.

Every tool on the desk

Quote, team chat, import, calendar, leads, review, and the phone — the same chrome as the person record.

The person

Quote

Compare plans next to the person you are working — drugs, doctors, and the record stay on one screen.

The agency

Team Chat

Agency channel and one-to-one DMs. The same book as the web, not a group text outside the shop.

The agency

Carrier and Lead Import

Upload a carrier book or a lead file, map the columns once, and review rows before they go live.

The person

Calendar

Appointments sit on the same person as the file and the phone.

The person

Leads

A board for new work. When they enroll, the card is already the client file.

The agency

Review

Rows and records that need a second look stay in one queue before they go live.

Both

iPhone

The same book as the web — not a second CRM. Create the agency on the web, then sign in on the phone.

The agency

Time clock

Agents clock in with a location attached. Managers see who is on the clock.

The agency

Audit log

Meaningful actions are timestamped. SOA stays on the file for the CMS window.

From first contact to enrollment

Add the person, capture SOA, quote the plan, and keep the team on the same book. Recordings, commission lines, and secretary messages attach to that person too.

Questions, answered.

Short and factual. Flip a row if you want the detail.

What does it track?

The book sits on one record: clients and leads, Scope of Appointment and permission to contact, and carrier and lead import. Owners also see call recordings, commission statements, plan quotes, team chat, and messages the AI secretary took — including a first text when permission to contact is already on the file. Calendar and the audit trail stay with that same person.

How do I start?

Request a demo. New agencies are created on the web first, then you sign in on iPhone or Android with the same Google or Apple account.

Are there mobile apps?

Yes. There is an iOS app and an Android app — the same book as the web, not a second CRM. Create the agency on the web, then sign in on the phone. Billing and plan changes stay on the web.

Where does the data live?

Hosted on AWS and encrypted in transit and at rest. We execute BAAs with our processors, and client data is not used to train models.

How does pricing work?

We fit a solution to each agency. Request a demo or contact us and we will walk the book with you.
