About Evrcad

Take people off the screen. Put them in the room.

The AI secretary and the rest of the desk are built so agents can step back from the spreadsheet — and stay with the person — while the file stays compliant.

The hour is the kitchen table. The file holds the rest.

Stay with the person. Let the file hold the rest.

Compliance that keeps you safe — so the hour can be about the client, not the spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Off the spreadsheet

SOA, recordings, commissions, and the secretary hold the record. You are not rebuilding the day from tabs after the appointment.

  2. 02

    In front of people

The hour is the kitchen table, the walk, the enrollment. That is the work. The software is what lets you leave the desk.

  3. 03

    Still compliant

Permission to contact, Scope of Appointment, and the recording sit on the person. You do not trade the CMS window for a conversation.

I spent a couple of years as an insurance agent. The part that mattered was the person in front of me. The part that ate the day was the spreadsheet, the SOA in a side folder, the trail you rebuild after you already did the work.

I started Evrcad so the book would hold that record — clients, permission to contact, the phone, the secretary, the import — and so you could look someone in the eye instead of hunting a tab. The AI secretary answers when you cannot. Outreach stays on the person when consent is already on the file. You take the callback.

The vision is bigger than this software. We want tools that take people off the internet and put them in the real world, helping someone else. Medicare agencies are the first place that has to be true. Other things we are building follow the same rule.

If that is your shop, request a demo. We will walk the book with you.
